The aviation industry has witnessed significant growth in recent years, with airlines competing to provide the best in-flight experience to their passengers. One crucial aspect of this experience is in-flight entertainment (IFE). This study investigates passenger satisfaction with ISaidub, a popular IFE system. A survey of 300 passengers was conducted to examine their perceptions of ISaidub's content, user interface, and overall satisfaction. The results reveal that passengers are generally satisfied with ISaidub, citing its diverse content and user-friendly interface as key strengths. However, areas for improvement were identified, including the need for more new releases and a more intuitive navigation system.
