Surah Yaseen is the 36th chapter (surah) of the Quran and is considered one of the most revered and beloved chapters among Muslims. It is a Meccan surah, meaning it was revealed to the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) while he was in Mecca. Surah Yaseen is composed of 83 verses (ayat) and is part of the Quran's 22nd juz'.
